Another quick breakfast option is instant oatmeal and greek yogurt. If I'm in a crunch and need to stop for fast food, McDonalds yogurt parfait or oatmeal is served all day long and is very filling.

Some weeks you'll lose, some you'll stay the same, and sometimes you might gain even when you follow the "rules". Probably related to sodium intake. Persist and you'll see change in time.

I vary from this schedule occasionally, but usually eat at least 4-5 times daily: 7 am breakfast, 10:30 lunch/snack, ( sometimes: 2 pm lunch/snack), 6 pm dinner and (sometimes 8 pm snack (fruit)

You may need some extra protien such as greek yogurt, lean chicken or turkey, or nuts as a snack or part of meals. Extra protien as well as eating 4-5 times a day has helped me not to feel hungry.
