I think we all go through it at some point just some worse than others. AS I have gotten older my cycles have gotten better but there is still that 24-48 hour period where I hurt so bad just standing kills me. Thankfully once I started working out my period decreased and my cramping and pain levels decreased. I have found…

You may be my new hero if you can only eat a sweet on those two days!!!

I'm not too thrilled about it. I can manage to avoid mostly the hard candies, "the fruit slices" and the other chocolate candies I allow around my home this time of year only. I banned yes banned sausage and cheesballs from my home so I don't eat all that fat!!! But the cookies and haystacks are going to be very hard to…

I love cold water but while I am working out I drink room temperature water, it still satisfies and cools me off and after I drink cold water. I do it this way because I wast told that drinking cold water during workouts makes your body expend some of the energy it would normally used to burn fat/calories on warming up the…

Thanks for the info. I am working on portion control and what I eat but I am still over my recommended calorie limit. Not sure how you ladies and gentlemen stay under 1,600 that's counts eating my workout calories. I am sure if I can get my family on board with eating healthier it will be easier for me and better for us…

I asked Santa for a yr memebership to the gym, 30 day Shread, weight lifting gloves, and new sneakers. (I doubt Santa will touch the sneaker thing) ;0)

Coming from one frugal person to another you will feel even more motivated when you realize how great you look in a pair of pants that fit correctly. Belk's, Penny's,Sears stores like these. are having some great sales right now making room for winter merchandise and I spent a total of $50 today and ended up with 3 pair of…

118 lbs and a size7. Yeah I want that! However if I actually properly workout and diet I think I would weigh a few pounds more just from being properly toned. Honestly tha's not even my goal I am aiming for 128.

I lost 5.6 lbs but after that it was an average of 1 lb a week.

If I lost a large amount of weight I believe. I am sure it's very painful but after all that hard work I would always see the excess skin and not be as happy. Some of the scars looked pretty rough but that looked like relatively new surgery in most cases and I think I would still opt for a scar over the excess weight.

You look like a totally different person. Congrats on the new look.

You look great and so much happier. You'll knock the socks off of those who have not seen you in a while.

5'3 145 lbs I'm a 10 or an 8 in women's 8's are a bit snug though. I can wear 9/10 in juniors, loving Aeropastale now, but it's all brand and style dependent. Example in Levis one style I wear a 10 and it's a bit loose need a belt, but n the lower rise or standard 550 I need a size 12 and fit a bit sung and it looks like…

Thanks, I'll check into to that. I would love to be able to have the flavor again.

All in moderation it's no big deal. I used to eat it on my whole wheat bagel each morning and I was slimmer back then even though I ate it 4 days a week. Right now though you are totally killing me because my youngest son has a Peanut allergy and they had to be banned from my home completely a few years ago.

Thanks for so many ideas. No one will be "allowed" near my uncles grill ann he thinks all veggies should be fried so that is outta the question but great ideas for me to try at home once I get that grill.

I used to drink 3 mt. Dew's a day and I would get awful headaches if I did not have one by noon. When i tired to quit cold turkey the withdrawal hit me like a migraine by 3:00 I could not deal with light, sound, or motion, and I was literally praying to the porcelin gods. Needless to say my husband made me drink a dew take…
