Eat more...if it helps...eat 5-6 times a day...every 2-3 hrs...after awhile it will get easier...I also had a hard time eating more...not my problem anymore ;-) AND I workout a "ton"... only cause this girl likes to eat, ha!!

And one more thing, need to start logging on your food diary for a better understanding of what your really taking in for the day..a guess of your calories could do you in...whether it be too low or too high

Your metabolism is probably starting to kick in..if your consistently working out..I haven't eaten that low for awhile..do u workout with weights as well or all cardio?

^^I agree, I use the whey as well, just to hit the added protein.. but I would not be a happy camper if I ate once a day, I also realize your doing this once in awhile..good luck with it though ;-)
