Yes, totally.. I try and stay away from too much processed foods..and when hubby's off its what I want to eat..cravings here I come and I'm still getting the results I want.. Scale be damned! The appearance is what counts..inches, clothing size, etc!

This topic makes me want to run again :wink: And just saying I balance both cardio and weights...love the burn either way..and I have a running group that run 6/7days a week mainly running...soooooo ya! :tongue:

Lol, I'm the Gym Rat that everyone talks about...that sweats a ton, burns a bazillion calories, that goes super intense, and still has the energy to do more if I feel like it ;-) I do the cardio/weight training thing..workout 4-6x a week... depending on what's up... I'm a Zumba maniac on top of it...but that's my fun…

Haha, that^^^^ and we just noticed one of our daughter's ex class mate was in our bar as well.. :noway: Our twin boys just turned 18 and are going to graduate next year... and our lil one starts kindergarten next Fall...eeks!!
