Yeah, you are going to lose more weight. You are only 4weeks pp! Enjoy your baby! Also, you need to eat no fewer than 2000 cal/day. Actually probably even up to 2500 daily if you are exclusively nursing and/or exercising. If you feel hungry you probably are - eat! You burn a TON of calories breastfeeding! I nursed 3. Good…

And since we are asking questions about Greek yogurt I have one too - why is it so much better than the Yoplait or Dannon? Reading the labels it seems basically the same with some more protein and yes, slightly less sugar. But it is REALLY expensive! I can get a large container or Yoplait for $1.99 and the Chobani is $5.69…

walk, jog, jump rope, turn on some music and dance, netflix?, cable workout channels? hulu.com has a fitness channel for free online, pushups, sit ups, jumping jacks, etc. And everything roxanea said. Good luck!

From where did you download it? Been thinking about getting it myself... J

I don't know that it is ALL that important. I think if you are moving, working out,and feeling good, keep doing it! You are burning calories! http://www.runningplanet.com/training/running-intensity-weight-loss.html

I have found that it really depends on the instructor too. I have been to classes and burned 500+ cals/hr. and others barely hit 300. (I have a HRM)

I know no one ever does this anymore, but I waited to meet my babies before I named them. I am a fan of the classics though: Christopher, James, William, Henry, David, Daniel, etc. You can never go wrong with a classic! Congrats!!

I have 3, 3 and under. I know it's tough... Some days I just don't get the workout in. Other days I can do it while they are napping, or when they go to bed for the night. If I am really lucky my husband will take them all for an hour or so for me to get a workout in. I found the most helpful thing is to arrange a time…

Don't cry! Well, actually, go ahead if it helps, but DON'T give up! It might help to make your diary public, someone might have some insight there. Maybe high sodium? Maybe not enough calories, especially if you aren't eating back your exercise calories. Just taking a guess, but don't give up!!!! You can do this!

The best thing that worked for me was to make small changes, slowly. So the first thing I started with was to just change how much I was eating. I didn't even try to change WHAT I was eating, I just worked on appropriate portion sizes. After that was mastered, I started swapping healthier foods for some of the other stuff…

i love the deli flats or sandwich thins for lunch. I fill them with tuna, turkey, or hummus then load it with lettuce and veggies, add an apple - usually around 300 cal.

The Yoga Meltdown? I have done it. I like it a lot. It's not a huge calorie burner but I put it in to shake things up once in a while

agreed. Check out the links on this page for some very useful information

I love food! I like running! I wish I could every day... and I have baby weight to lose too! Sending you a friend request.

I know where you are coming from. I have been on MFP for almost a year now. I have lost 20 - and I am struggling with the last 10 - 20. Sending you a friend request. WE CAN DO THIS!

No I did not continue through the knee pain. I alternated days, usually just walked or did yoga or something. I can't afford to mess with an injury so I rested. I still saw good results from the shred. Don't worry about that. Just listen to your body!

I always logged it as circuit training and when I got my HRM and double checked - it wasn't too far off. Sorry don't know why this posted twice!

Hang there! You can do this. Maybe it would help to try to change things slowly instead of getting overwhelmed by trying to change everything all at once. So pick one thing to tackle at a time. First change how much you eat, for example. Don't even worry about what you are eating or exercise or anything else. Just focus on…

Hi, It was the main workout for me when I did it. I loved it. I just kept to my calorie goals. I will say that I don't think it added to the weight loss as much as it helped tone and firm. But I loved the results. I still go back to it now and then when I need a short workout or something different. HTH, J

hummus was actually my "new" healthy food. I was surprised to find out that I like it. I like the Tribe brand best, but for some reason I can't find it in the area any more =( The store brand is my next favorite. Some of them are too spicy or something even though I always get the plain flavor. So try a couple brands…

Hi, I just got a new balance N4 at Target. I LOVE IT! I had one of the touch watches/pedometer combo, but it is not a continuous HRM (one with a chest strap) - so it was telling me that I only burned 23 cal - doing a Jillian workout (I don't think so). It just didn't seem to account for things like walking uphill which is…

I saw a similar post yesterday and I have to agree with most of what was said then... you can't make someone do this. He has to want this for himself. I sometimes think about how much work this is for me - I can't do that for someone else too! And I would venture a guess that something like this could eventually lead to…

her diary may not be open for you to view. if she wants you to be able to see it, she would have to change her settings the way Hollisterrps suggested. HTH

I think our babies are about the same age. I quit counting my breastfeeding calories burned. I think that even if the babes are still nursing, they are eating more solids and therefore take less of our milk, meaning less cal. burned for us. I was losing consistently while consuming around 2000-2100 cal/day, PLUS…
