I didn't cruise through Thanksgiving, as my birthday is also that week and I traveled to stay with my parents. Oh well, I am back to work and back at it now, with only a 4 lb temporary gain and working to get back into ketosis this week. Starting the week off right! I'm now down 8 lbs from my October start. Just in time for the holidays. Will be a busy week in the office, then off to my parents on Saturday. Looking forward to a week off and some 1:1 time with my daughter.

Had a good weekend. Managed to drop .5 lb, even with a planned dinner outing on Saturday. Went to KetoCalc this morning and revamped my macros: 25C; 75P; 100F; 1300 Calories. Will work to that for a few weeks and see how it goes! Happy Monday!

I have done some. Not sure there is any option that is not expensive. The machines are not too costly, but the testing strips are about $2.00 a piece! I've mostly used them to see how deep I am into ketosis. The urine strips are good for day to day checking.

I have 3 kids too, and morning workouts are the only thing I can manage - or something that involves getting me to/from work, thus the bike challenge! I can't justify doing anything in the evening with dinners, homework and extra curricular activities...the life of a mom. :)
