i had my daughter. i lost a ton of baby weight. i got an iud and *poof* it came back. i got it taken out *poof* 10lbs gone without trying (over a week or so not really all at once.)

i gave my babies solid foods as soon as the dr said. if he thinks they are ready he is a doctor after all and the baby might be happier to keep their lil tummy's full for longer

Asparagus you do not need to acquire a taste you just gotta know how to cook!!!! my fiance swore up and down asparagus was gross. i fixed some and devoured it and went back for seconds. (& no he wouldn't do it just to be nice cuz he will tell me if he doesn't like something lol)

sizes are all messed up now days. i bought a size SIX jeans the other day. . . oh how i would love to be a size 6 but im FARRRRR from it lol

up your activity level to lightly active. . .i clean AT LEAST 2 hours a day but instead of logging it i just upped my activity level and if i burn more than that than woo lol

i have this same darn problem every one keeps telling me nuts/peanut butter however we cant have nuts in the house cuz of allergies. and fruit(however it makes me sick(literally)) so id love to know some other things cuz my go to to make up for not eating enough calories is ice cream lol not exactly healthy :P

flat out flat bread Italian herb (about 90 calories) turkey pepperoni turkey sausage crumbles low fat shredded mozzarella cheese and traditional spaghetti sauce/pizza sauce bake till cheese starts browning(then the flat bread should be crispy)
