some states if you go to the DHS(or whatever it may be in the state) they offer free resources to drug/alcohol/behavioral/psychological problems.

i failed :( up .2 lbs 164.8 but down 2 inches off my waist so i guess i failed at losing lbs but i at least lost some inches

its terribly messed up. they are children and constantly changing. my child was considered "obese" for her age by the bmi testing at the WIC place and within the year grew at least 4 inches and now is still prob in the overweight category cuz of the messed up standards but she is skinny. The DOCTORS said she was healthy…

i pleateaued for SIX MONTHS(AT LEAST) i started lifting lowered my sodium and sugar upped protein :) the scale AND the inches started dropping :P
