Sworkit! It's an app you can download free & you can set the length of your workout & sync it with MFP. I have a 15 month old so I understand how tricky it can be :) I like the 10 minute solution dvds too, some days I might only get 10 mins exercise but it's something!

I turned 40 last month-4 months after having a baby so I wasn't in great shape on the big day! It's definitely harder to lose weight now I'm older.

I have the same problem but also in the afternoons as I only work until 1pm & find myself raiding the kitchen arghhh Pre logging definitely helps & I keep myself busy. There's always plenty to do around the house :)

I've got an assortment of dvd's I've picked up from clearance bins in shops & online. Some have been good, some not so much so I've resold them online. I've also recently discovered lots of workouts on pinterest, I find that site soooo inspiring!!

I've recently got into doing workouts I've found on pinterest with simple exercises like push up, squats, jumping jacks etc. They're awesome when you don't have a lot of time & you don't need any equipment.

I've found pilates works wonders for my lower back, I feel more flexible straight after a workout. I bought a Bios one from 1-Day a couple of years ago for $30. It was great but now I think it's done it's dash, it seems to stop working during a workout & I don't trust the readings it's giving me. Am saving for a decent one now.

I was comfortable in a relationship with an obese junk food addict & then I got a job working at a supermarket next door to McDonalds.......leaving him, finding a new job & discovering this wonderful site changed my life for the better :)

My boyfriend is working on gaining weight while I'm trying to lose which can be challenging! He drinks smoothies with bananas, yoghurt, olive oil, peanut butter, oats & full fat milk. I add more to his dinner plate & less to mine. So far he's gained around 5kg (11lb) over the last couple of months.

I noticed the change in my belly within weeks of starting zumba, I've got that line in the middle up the top that I've never had before :)

My cat seems to be attracted to zumba music & tries to wrap herself around my legs or lie down in my path. I guess it's the same way they like to lie down on the newspaper when you place it down on the floor to read lol
