Calories for breastfeeding

Does anyone know where I can add the calories if I'm breastfeeding. I saw somewhere that I should be able to add it in the diary, but I can't find where.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Not my specialist subject (clearly!) - but simply search the food database for "breastfeeding".0

If you are referring to the calories you burn breastfeeding it is 20kcal per once produced. If you're pumping you can use that to get a general idea of how many calories you are expending and manually put that into your exercise0

I always just added it as a 1-minute custom exercise.

I added 250 calories to my daily goal, 500 when I was EBF.0

I found it listed when I searched breastfeeding under snacks. It gives you a negative amount but I had to express so it was easier to log the amount0
