I am a mother of 4 kids myself and the only time I can take for myself is in the early morning. I get up at 4:30 so I can get myself to the gym or walk/run outside. That is happening to me too! As long as it is the protein that is over and not calories or fat - I feel it should be fine!! I am curious what others say to that also.
