No! I don't like cheat days because I usually find after a cheat day (which in the past has been my weigh in day) I'm up a pound or two and then I'm annoyed. So far I have only gained 9 pounds so i think Im doing pretty well. :) I try to eat well but allow myself a little flexibility.

I have heard that minimal amount of sugar helps to take off excess belly fat. How much truth to this there is.....Im not sure but I do try to watch my sugar intake

I dont worry about sugars from fruit. each day I have strawberries and bananas!! However, I would choose a plain greek yogurt if im eating yogurt. Any yogurt with fruit will have a TON of sugars. I personally eat Fage 0% plain. I dont like the tast of it so I add 2 packets of splenda and some Bare Naked granola. Just be…

im in!! im 5'2 and have much more than 5 pounds to loose.....more like 45 but that's neither here nor there! I haven't worn a swim suit or shorts since i got married 4 1/2 years ago. Im trying desperately to loose the weight i gained from both of my kids. todays weight- 167 end of sept goal weight- 162 :)
