Pregnant and Still Tracking?

I am 26 weeks pregnant with my third and am trying to stay on top of tracking my food to regulate my weight gain.

Is anyone else here also pregnant and tracking??

    I'm not pregnant but think tracking while pregnant can be a good idea.

    Always take nutrition advice from a medical professional of course. But this site can help if you set your goal to maintain or gain 0.5lb a week. You don't need to gain a ton when pregnant but should gain some obviously.

    Don't deprive yourself but also don't go overboard.

    So far I have only gained 9 pounds so i think Im doing pretty well. :)

    I try to eat well but allow myself a little flexibility.

    I will be tracking when I get knocked up. I don't want to undo all of my hard work by much. I don't mind a 15 lb gain as long as its not over 25 lbs lol
