I don't mean to take away from Dave's incredible accomplishment, but if you scroll through this thread and look at the tickers, the amount of collective weight lost is somewhat mind-blowing. MFP is truly miraculous.

To put this in context, about how many grams of fiber are you actually eating? The default setting for MFP is way lower than it should be.

I'm a big fan of the Endangered Species 88%. It's very low in sugar and each square contains 28 calories and packs a delicious, intense chocolate flavor. I hate to be a chocolate snob, but Hershey's hasn't quite figured out how to make good dark chocolate.
