I bought the cheapest Kindle ($79) and I absolutely LOVE it. I had stopped reading during my commute because I didn't want to carry heavy books. Even in bed, those big books can be a real pain. Now that I've got the Kindle I find myself reading much more often. Stephen King's latest jumbo offering weighs just a few ounces…

Forget about that silly show. Use the time instead to read Success Stories here on MFP. This is the REAL reality.

Amazing, right? It really, really works There are many hundreds, if not thousands, of MFP members who are living proof. As my doctor told me, the diet industry doesn't want this secret out, because an entire multi-billion dollar industry would be renedered worthless. Diet books only need to be a page or two long...

I agree that it's important to find an exercise you can within your limitations. However, if you follow MFP's recommended calorie limit, you will lose weight even without any exercise.
