it's jillian michaels 30 day shred... it's a 20 minute workout each day..circuit training:)

i'm using 4lbs weight today on each hand. the last time i've done 30 day shred, i used 2 lbs and lost about 8 lbs for 30 days.:) hope i can lose better now
