  • Dont give up you can do this, Also, muscle doesn't weigh more then fat. 1 pound of muscle = 1 pound of fat. the difference is the density of the tissue muscle is more compact and tight, while fat is just well fat.

  • I tried eating just 1200 and honestly, i was sick from it. I got headaches, bad mood just over didn't feel good. Once I upped my calorie intake to my BMR which is 1461, I felt better. I didn't get the headaches or mood swings. I figured by BMR x 1.2 , which is around 1700. So as long as I eat less then 1700 I will lose .…
  • Me too Me too!!! I have found that when I eat 1 egg fried and toast and bacon, it's like 240 calories and I am not hungry till lunch. I feel good all day and don't get that run down feeling!!

  • chew some sugar free gum, drink some water,.. drink some green tea.. Try anything before giving up and giving in... do something to take your mind off food.. exercise , walk, dance around... that 1st goal is sitting there staring at you on your ticker :)
