This!! Your body will catch up with you, just keep going!!

that was rude. if you dont mean to be rude, then DON'T be rude, just keep it to yourself. You know the saying..."if you can't say anything nice, then don't say it at all..."

ive had mine for about a week :)

I ordered one and its arriving today. I'll try to remember to update this thread with my experience. :)

I just debated this for 2 weeks. I was between BodyBugg, Fitbit and Nike Fuel Band. I ended up with Bodymedia (arrives tomorrow!!), it's the same company as Bodybugg, but it syncs with MFP AND it seem the company updates/maintains it more than the bodybugg version.…

I also do 400 degree oven and it takes 45- 1 hour. soooooo good. if i'm feeling crazy i'll mix together butter with a little sugar and cinnamon. yum!

I've done the first 30 days of insanity. It is hard...but who cares? I did stop during the 2nd half because it really was too hard for me and my form was really really poor. But that's me...everyone is different! I will one day get there, in the mean time I love Turbo Fire (anything Turbo...Turbo Kick, Turbo Jam Turbo Fire…

I will eat the same breakfast, snacks & lunch almost every day for an entire week. This way I only have to worry about dinner. It might be boring, but as long as its stuff I like I don't mind it. This week it's my shakes for breakfast, turkey sandwiches for lunch with quinoa salad, snacks are grapes yogurt or baby carrots.…

Oh man Kashi Go Lean is BRUTAL to my stomach. I won't even go near it. Most of their other products are fine though (for me).

It's just a personal preference. I dont stress about logging what I eat..and if I go over I go over, I don't stress about that either. My problem is the scale and I gain a lb and I'll be like "eh...its just a lb" and then that adds up over time. It will be different for everyone, but me personally I'd rather just hold…

Im only 53% of the way to my goal...but stopping the counting is what has failed me in the past. So I will for the rest of my life log what I eat. Did you know that over eating by 100 calories a day can make you gain 10 lbs in a year? Obviously when I reach goal, I'll eat more because I wont be trying to lose weight…

First of all...I admire you desire to change your lifestyle and wanting to be healthy. Honestly? If I was in your situation, I'd go about this with the help of a Dr & Nutritionist...maybe a therapist as well. If you're really wanting to change your life & beat your eating disorder while trying to lose weight. That's A LOT…

I eat Arnold. It's probably not the best, but theres no High Fructose Corn syrup in it which is my main concern with bread.

I wish I could wake up early enough to do it in the mornings. it would mean 5:30 am for me, which just seems so early when the alarm goes off. lol I've got a nice little routine though. I workout at home, so I get home from work around 5:30-6pm and I workout right away so i'm done by 7 at the latest and then I make dinner.…

You've actually just inspired me to get my ladder out and start using it again :) thank you!
-
Michi's Ladder. Ah yes :) Basically if you were to only eat foods in the top 2 tiers you'd have a perfect diet. When I used to follow it, I'd aim for the top 3 tiers :) It's pretty helpful for making better food choices. I read Chalene Johnson's book Push recently and she follows the same kinda of idea of putting food into…

If you add muscle to your body, it will increase your caloric needs, because you will burn more while you're resting :)
-
It took me 9 weeks. I aim for 1 lb a week loss...and i've pretty much achieved that consistently. I did hit a month long plateau so I started eating back some or all of my exercise calories, and then lost 3 lbs in 1 week, which made up for the plateau! :)

You have discovered your "WHY". Knowing your "WHY" is the #1 more important thing for success! Nothing is going to stop you now :)
-
Gaining all these positive, motivated friends is pretty awesome! :)
-
assuming you're a coach. :) I'm a coach as well doing turbo fire and have pcos. I don't have the weight gain side effect of the syndrome though. I know you'll get the results you want if you put the work in :)
-
I hear ya! :) I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!
-
Yay for positive people :)
-
Huney411 - if you're only eating 1250 and burning 400-600 calories...the weight is coming off slowly because your body is clinging on to whatever fat it can because it thinks it's starving :) You're really only giving it 650-850 calories a day! I'd bet if you upped it to 1500-1600 you'd see faster loss :)
-
un-related to calories, but maybe will help keep you motivated :) I was in your same place a few weeks ago, I was frustrated that the scale wasnt moving. What I did was I re-visited my "WHY". Maybe you haven't established this yet, maybe you have and just need to remind yourslef. WHY are you doing this? Really sit down and…

I had stayed the same, pretty much for a month. I started eating back half or more of my exercise calories and dropped 3..8 lbs in 2 weeks, which is amazing for me :) Hang in there! Consistancy will win every time! Sometimes our bodies just need to catch up I think :)

AT a time in my life where I was really stressed this would happen to me. Not sure if stress is triggering it for you, BUT I actually considered seeing a therapist. Not because I thought I needed medication or anything, but just for the sole purpose of venting to someone that didn't matter to me in my personal life and…
