Best Bread?

What do people believe is the best bread to eat in terms of helath, low GI, etc? I've been eating Cape Seed loaf, but I wonder if there is a better option?

    I eat Arnold. It's probably not the best, but theres no High Fructose Corn syrup in it which is my main concern with bread.

    I've been eating Ezekial bread, mainly because it is low in sodium.

    I think the best one is the Ezekel Sprouted Grain Breads. They come in 3 kinds. There is no flour and no sugar

    I've been eating Arnold Sandwich Thins, soo good and low calorie.

    OK, probably should have mentioned that I'm in Australia....I don't think we have either of those brands! well if we do, I have never heard of them!
