i personaly dont think they are that that bad for you. depending on the type you get. They are great for portion control, just watch the fat content because even tho they are lower in calories, the fat can still be high. I would try to eat them in moderation. 3x a week doesnt sound bad! if you like hot lunches, why not do…

bump. i like plain non fat greek yogurt with a tablespoon of sugarfree peach preserves mixed in , topped with strawberries. yum<3 i think its better to mix in your own stuff to the plain version rather than buy the ones with the fruit on the bottom already. oooo, you could add granola too :)

i forgot to tell you guys how i treat myself aha, i usualy go out to eat with friends once or twice a week and somedays (usualy once a week) ill treat myself to any kind of food i want. i normaly stay in my calorie range tho :)

a whole TIN of belgin chocolates that has two layers , so theres like 50 pieces in there easily. but on the healthy side i got a piramid of all different types of green and black tea. i love them both but i think ill stick to the tea , aha :)

i love tattoos , but i think that too many can be overwhelming. I have a tiny one on my hip and my reward to myself for losing weight/xmas is another :) planning on getting it this week , im so excited !
