I was on a major plataeu as well. MFP had me at 1200 calories per day and after reading many similar posts here I decided that is not nearly enough. Everyone's body is so different I think the only way to find what works for you sometimes is trial and error! The math says that number is correct for you...I would say give it a try for a week and see how you feel. One week won't set you back so far that it's impossible to get back.

NINA - I'm going to give this a bump because I am in the same boat around 150lbs (at 5'3"). I have tried eating more, eating less, exercising more......I don't know what else to try!
