Hey
So following a plateau I have had a overwhelming respond that I should up my calories , now what's the best way to do so ,
Should I just up them by 100 a week or up them all together
Anyone who was in a similar situation would love to hear your advice , obviously I'm trying to avoid gaining anything while I up them
Thanks in advance

I would check out the Eat More 2 Lose Weight board...and figure out your TDEE. Those would be excellent starting points in figuring out how many calories you should be eating. Good Luck.0

I was on a major plataeu as well. MFP had me at 1200 calories per day and after reading many similar posts here I decided that is not nearly enough. I upped my calories to 1400 by adding a small handful of almonds in a sandwich bag with a small handful of blueberries to my lunch bag every day. I had not lost anything since January and have lost 0.5 pounds each week since doing that. I kept my exercise and the rest of my diet totally the same. I may even add more calories soon to get up to 1600...which is about what all the calculators tell me I should be at.0
