This might be completely left field but have you gone to the doctor to make sure you are properly burning glucose correctly. I was stuck at 300 for 6 months and since I got that checked out and solved I've lost 20lbs in two months. Just a thought.

Well then you start to eat more and you not only eat more you are eating things that are high in carbs which turns to sugar. Your body starts hoarding the new food cause it is thinking just in case…

I gave it up as well since i was going through a 12 pack of diet every other day. I think I loved the bubbles in it so I started drinking the carbonated flavored waters and then just quick drinking those and don't really miss it at all. Sometimes I do but it is that was with most people at their lil addictions! Good luck!

my trainer always said for you to do both at the same time is really helpful. I would so three mins of fast cardio and then do three reps of strength and then 5 mins of cardio he said that those kind of burst help the body burn more! I do cardio then strength one day then vice versa the next!

Being the obvious fat girl to reduce my calories and not experience the pain of hunger you need to also place more fiber into your diet. Fiber is a lil more filling and will help you get to you next meal very nicely. Other option is for you to set up 6 little meals through out the day so you are eating every 3-4 hrs. kinda…

Me-6 Binge-1 Haven't binged in three days and that is something that I cherish...Have to force myself to leave only a few calories otherwise I start to think I can eat more and do and it turns into a binge. Not happening anymore!

I too have to binge in private I think for the obvious fact I'm ashamed of all the eating I'm doing. I just want to figure out how to avoid this certain binge eating at night.…
