I see a BIG difference!! Great work!
-
That is SO not true. You look great!! And those results are awesome!! Congrats!

I think I need to do the same. I'm ashamed to say I weigh myself 3-4 times a day. That's a bit neurotic. Ah, change is hard.
-
Congratulations!! So happy for you!! That's such a great feeling. Enjoy!!

You're not alone. I've had days like yours. Believe it or not, you're going to continue to have burgers sometimes. Maybe not everyday, but sometimes. You already said it, but you just have to chalk it up to a bad day and look forward to tomorrow. Maybe increase your exercise this weekend. Definitely drink lots of water…

Great! Thank you!

You'll get lots of different advice on this. But I tend to eat back most of my exercise calories. I also workout at night, but I increase my calorie intake earlier in the day to compensate for my workout. Plus I have a small pre-workout snack. Bottom line, you should experiment and try different methods to see what woks…

Eating does work. Congrats on your success!!

I love these response and I definitely need to hear them. I'm so close to my goal weight, but I still feel like "the fat girl." I still make room on the bus for people to sit next to me, but they no longer need the room. I am trying to set new physical goals like a triathlon. But I still need to work on changing the tapes…

I think you need to define "quickly." Some heavy people (3000 pounds and up) can lose over 10 pounds a week when they just start out. But that might be crazy to someone that weighted 100-110. If you are not getting "proper nutrients" due to lack of calories and that's how you're losing weight, then I think it is unhealthy.…

Wow!! You've done a great job. I can see major differences in your neck, your collarbone, your stomach, and your legs. Really good progress. Have you taken your measurements? I know you said that you didn't feel like you lost a lot of weight, but I believe you've lost a lot of inches. Congrats on your success!!
-
Wow! I've been thinking about doing the same thing. Congrats on the great results!

Amazing!! Especially that the doctor wants you to inspire others. You've definitely inspired me. Congratulations!!

How long? TOO LONG!! I know my body wants to make sure that I really want to lose more, but I really do. I lost 1.5 pounds in January which was really frustrating. But, I also lost 4 inches in January which was pretty nice. I'm thinking about doing more zigzagging and going to maintenance level for a month or so. I'm also…

Thank you. This statement almost made me cry. It's so true. Yes, I'm one who sees myself as fat. And yes, I equate "fat" with "bad." And yes, I probably have undiagnosed depression. And yes, I'm ready to change!!

I don't understand the question. MFP takes into account your weight loss as it sets your calories. You only need to change your settings if you want to change the amount of weight you want to lose a week - like from 2 pounds a week to 1.5 pounds a week.

same here. looking for suggestions

I created a new cardio exercise and labeled it "30 Day Shred."
