I did day 8 of level 1 today. Just to let you all know, the soreness goes away after about the 3rd or 4th workout. I could barely sit myself down on the potty without whimpering after day 2!

Hi, I'm Krista. 34 y.o. mother of two (5 and 4). I have started the shred a few times before, but never got past 2 days of level 2. I just started again on Oct. 22nd, taking one day off a week, so I just completed day 8 of level 1 today! Good luck to everyone!

Way to go! I went to the doctor's a few weeks ago and managed to talk them out of prescribing me some HBP medicine for another 3 weeks to see that I can get myself well without the meds. I'm sure your cholesterol will have improved also!

I did week 2 day 2 this morning. I've pretty much felt like I was going to die the whole time. I do it outside and live in a hilly area... no bueno! Good luck!

I did day 7 last night. I was able to do 6 regular pushups the first round and the rest the modified way. Aiming for 7 tonight.

I will be doing day 5 tonight. Almost talked myself out of doing day 4 last night, but I just got dressed and did it. Before I knew it, I was done!

Did Level 1 Day 5 this morning, going to do another tonight because I skipped last night. I hope level 2 gives me more of a leg workout, because my legs do not get sore anymore. Might have to throw in some Killer Buns and Thighs, maybe.

Doing Day 5 of Level 1 today. Took saturday off as I went Sea Kayaking for 2 hours and I was beat!

I completed day 4 of level 1 last night. Feeling great about it! I will probably add 4 days to level 3, to end when every one else does. I am really going to focus on my eating for the next 30 days and hopefully maximize these results! Good Luck everyone!!!

I'm back.... I had to take 10 days off of the shred due to some family issues that required me to take a 10 day visit home.... I restarted on the 11th, though and am sooo excited to get the results you all have had. I will post my measurements tomorrow.

I'm in... I just came back from vacation and didn't get to do the shred at all for 10 days, so am planning to start again tomorrow.
