Thanks for the tips guys! I have the 30 day shred video but never actually tried it. I heard the p90x/insanity dvds are amazing but they're so expensive.. gah! Definitely going to actually open and use my 30 day shred. Hopefully it brings some results!

DING DING DING! There's no way someone of your weight should be eating such little calories, especially after working out/not eating back your exercise calories. I say, go to a different trainer who actually knows what they're talking about. Also, you're losing weight pretty quickly! Slow & steady wins the race :)
