Hourglass - my shoulders are a bit bigger than my hips. I seemed to gain weight in my chest & hips/legs first, but so far I've stayed at a lovely B/C cup instead of receding back to an A like I feared. I think all shapes look great as long as you know how to match your clothes to your assets :p

I like sunflower seeds (in their shells, so I can get the most enjoyment out of each one), low-fat string cheese, any small fruits that are in season, or sometimes small fruit snack packs from Healthy Helpings if I want something sweet :)

I've been told not to work out after a blood donation, especially not within 5h of one. If you really want to do something active today, take an easy stroll and stay hydrated.
