:happy: I just broke into the 180's. It has been a long time. When I started my weightloss journey here a couple of weeks ago, I couldn't get away from 196. For me to the 189 has been fabulous. It shows that I am totally commited to this journey. My next barrier will be the 170's.:happy: Good luck. I know you can do it.

Thank you for this information. I am not a big drinker (maybe 1 or 2 drinks a month), but I think maybe I will not even have that while trying to lose my weight. I might just stick with the gingerale if I feel the need for a drink.

Welcome. All I did was estimate how much milk I was putting in my coffee (measured out my sugar) and added that separately. You can make it easier for yourself after and create it as a "MEAL". That way you only have to click on that choice and it is all there. I hope that helps.

I was a bit worried about todays weigh in with yesterday being Mother's Day and going out for Brunch, but with making the right choices and going to the gym before hand I still managed to lose 2lbs this week. Start weight = 196lbs Last week weight = 192lbs Current Weight = 190lbs Final Goal = 150lbs

After 3 days of not doing the 30DS, I got up and did Day 3 at Level 2. Am finding I can do a bit more of the exercises, joints don't hurt at the moment. This is a good sign.
