I don't see why a breeze would have a negative effect on exercise... Where I live (southern Japan, 35c and 90%+ humidity), no a/c = no exercise for me!

Sadly, I think that's normal, although it is only temporary and you should see a good drop once your TOM is over. Don't be discouraged!

Thanks, ladies! :-) I did wonder if it was my body's way of pleading for more calories, by based on 1200 I am only predicted to lose 0.7lbs a week and if I increase my allowance then it will take me forever to lose this weight! I think I'll give it another day or two and see what happens.

Living in Japan, I drink a fair bit of green tea, although more iced barley tea in the summer. Strangely, just last night I posted asking if tea (and coffee) could count as my fluid intake, and the overwhelming verdict was no, because of the caffeine!

I suppose I will just have to do my best to drink as much as I can :-) Barley tea is popular here, caffeine-free and healthy, so I'll have to have a jug of it on hand in the fridge.
