  • Goji berries are ten times higher than tomatoes for antioxidants and are a fraction of the price of the popular acai berries.   • I can fit three hands around my waist (my hands are not long) yet I'm classed as obsese (BMI 30). I fit into size 8 US, 12 UK tops and dresses. I don't understand how that works. How is BMI measured? Thank you!
