  • I started crocheting to keep my mind off food in the evenings and so far, it has worked beautifully! Plus, it might not be a lot, but I'm burning calories while doing it AND I'm beginning to make some really cute gifts for birthdays and such... It's fun!

  • What if you're eating gluten free? Is there anything besides lettuce to wrap fillings in? I usually end up making filling and then eating it with gluten free crackers or chips of some kind but it's just not the same as a yummy wrap :/
  • I have the same problem! I always get "hungry" about an hour before I should be going to bed, and cheese and crackers always hit the spot. I toughed it through the urge last night but have decided to try hot tea tonight when it hits again. Perhaps a small spoon of almond butter will help too. Good Luck!
