What's in your Wrap?

What if you're eating gluten free? Is there anything besides lettuce to wrap fillings in?
I usually end up making filling and then eating it with gluten free crackers or chips of some kind but it's just not the same as a yummy wrap
These are wheat&gluten free wraps.

This week I've been eating lean turkey breast meat with home-made fat-free tzatziki, quinoa and sliced red pepper.
Another favourite of mine is chicken with diced apple, a tablespoon of shredded cheese and hummus.0
