Try mixing horseradish with fat free cream cheese, spread it on wrap then top with thin sliced, very lean lunch meat, red onions, cucumbers, and spinach. Enjoy!

OMG, Flatouts are now on my shopping list. What else do you use for wraps that are low calorie?:flowerforyou:

Today it's tuna mixed with finely chopped celery and a tablespoon of light mayo, romaine lettuce, cucumbers and just a sprinkle of cheese.
  • When I go grocery shopping I am going to buy some wraps and try them. All the filling suggestions sound so good. Have a Great Weekend.

I have hard time closing mine, too. Someone told me that I have too much  stuff inside:
Cottage cheese, or shredded cheese, salsa and cooked ground chicken or turkey.
There is no more room for anything else, since my wrap is fairly small. (Dempster's
    whole wheat tortilla, 90 cal)

I like Turkey, avacado, red onion, baby spinach, and hummus. or I make a sandwich filling with tuna, chickpeas, red onion, dill pickle, celery, a touch of light ranch and some dijon mustard....mix that up and put in a wrap with baby spinach...or I also like to eat it on top of a pile of romaine lettuce or by itself with crackers perhaps. YUM!

My fav is - Dry fry diced chicken breast
    Add a low fat sauce
Add peppers (Normally red, green and yellow)
    Add diced onion
Add chopped tomatoes right near the end
Then when it's all cooked together put it in a wrap and add lettuce, cucumber and anything else you like!

You might think there's a lot of ingredients but if you can manage your portion control then it's fine :)

I always have wraps too but uk ones are high in calories so can only have 1. Usually bind the wrap by spreading a cheese triangle around the edge, fill with chicken, cheese, salad inc chiles. Some dressing made with wholegrain mustard, vinegar and a little honey. I do play with herbs, mint goes amazing with salad.

I've looked in 2 major grocery stores (Meijer and Walmart) and I can't find the laughing cow cheese. I've looked in the cheese aisle and the cottage cheese milk area. Can someone point me in the right direction?
