All of your wraps inspired me. My now #1 wrap to make is a Chicken Avocado Wrap. Here's what's in it:

1 Mission Life Balance Tortilla ("Grilled using Pam cooking spray, I like mine almost crisp)
1 Wedge of Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb Spread on warm tortilla
2-3 thin slices of avocado On top of cheese layer
thin sliced tomato on top of avocado layer
    add:
Sauteed mushrooms, peppers, onions (with butter Pam)
grilled chicken (2-4 oz) added to sauteed vegis to warm
1-2 TBS Black beans, rinsed and drained added to sauteed vegis to warm
2 TBS Frozen corn added to sauteed vegis to warm

    Enjoy!!!!

355 cal, 37g carbs, 13g fat, 21g protein, 600 mg sodium, and 5 g fiber. One is sooooo filling!!

Chicken breast, salsa, lettuce and red pepper. NO CHEESE, that stuff is gross! Hubby and I are cheese haters.

I need tips on how to stuff a wrap more though, just like fast-food places, mine always look so skinny b/c I feel I maxed out on space.

    BREAKFAST WRAP:
whole wheat low calorie medium sized wrap
    cooked egg whites
    low-fat cooked sausage
    mozzarella cheese - low fat
    fresh basil
    tomatoes - diced
    bonus: Traders Joes Peach salsa

I make a big batch ahead of time. Microwave the wrap for about 10 seconds to soften it, add ingredients, fold the wrap, and roll it tightly in parchment paper. Put all my wraps in a plastic bag and pop them in the freezer. They hold together well once frozen. Each morning, I take one out and take it to work with me. Microwave for about 2 minutes. Soooo good! I make a different batch for my kids so they have a quick breakfast option in the morning.

My wrap today was a leftover wrap. Basically it had leftovers from last night in it:

Tortilla filled with half a slice of meatloaf, about 5 cooked green beans, and 1/2 tomato. I also made a little more of the sauce I put on the meatloaf to spread on the tortilla which was ketchup, brown sugar, and lemon juice.

I like breakfast wraps (even at dinner sometimes, lol).

3 egg white omelette with melted fat free cheese
2 slices reduced fat bacon (the non-processed kind)
    1 flat out wrap

Total 216 calories and very filling.

I am going to try this one out.Sounds good. Thanks for shariing it.

Do you use the big wraps or the little ones? I find I'm still generally hungry after the little ones (and they don't close!)
