Are they just cold? Or do they turn colors, like white or purple? Does it happen at other times?

Heart arrhythmia's can be frustrating when the doctor can't capture them on ECG. The doctor can't treat what they don't see. Have you suggested a halter monitor? Not sure if that is what they are called in Europe... But its a monitor that they send you home with for a couple days that will record your heart rhythm at all…

I usually spray them with a little water form my water bottle or pick up a small hand full of gravel and toss towards them. That usually does the trick.
