21! This is my second time using this site. The first time I lost 30 (?) ish pounds. Its worth it, don't give up! Unfortunately I gained around 10 back by COMPLETELY unwinding.

I REALLY like the idea of a maintaining day, though I usually eat just enough on a "binge day" to reach maintaining weight haha. So I guess that's what you'd classify it as.

SarahNichole: Like I said, not eating like crap, just eating healthy foods in amounts I really feel like eating, instead of sticking to a calorie plan. Greenwellj: It takes your body about three days for what?

Darker green plants, eggs (I like to eat egg whites in the morning, it's only like 45 calories for 3 plus some tomato), tofu, seaweed, etc. Some actual vegetarian options I like are things like Quorn chicken cutlets. You microwave those for I think no more than 2 minutes and they're done. Smart Dogs are vegetarian hot dogs…

You can surely see mine :). While I'm not sure if I get over 120 grams a day, I get over what is recommended for me daily without even thinking about it most of the time.

Plan your meals ahead. Lots of low cal stuff so you can eat more for the calories. Also, if you have a craving for sugar, try fruit like a plum or a peach or an apple, etc.
