  • You can go to BeachBody and request a coach to help you (p90xis their product). I like it better on this site and you'll get quicker responses. I just changed my goals and protein/carb intake. Not sure who the compliment was for but if was me, thanks.
  • The best time would be in the morning to get it in but I'd really have to push myself. I usually do it at night. When I did it last I missed no workouts...then my daughter's bday came and I was overwhelmed and completely fell off!! :cry:
  • Thanks everyone, I'm going to go play around with the settings. I can't believe I had stopped because I truly did enjoy the workouts. Just hard fitting them in with my daughter's intense school work but I have to do it!!
  • They are a little more pricey but you should be able to fit them in your budget. Like she said above, you can buy the Whole Foods Brand "365".
  • Squats in the bathroom and dips with your hands on the sink.
  • Do not cook with flax seed oil. It changes the properties. It's best used as a dressing or in smoothies. I have been using it for years!!
  • Quaker's Low Sugar Oatmeal (made with 1/2 cup of skim) and two Banquet sausage links......then I killed it with a Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Coffee (should of looked up the values before I drank it....its more than all my food combined...360 calories, 49 carbs and 12 fat...no bueno!!) :(
