Working out twice a day....is it ok?
I have recently started a new gym and have been going twice a day. My new routine consists of: Morning spinning (3 xs a week) step class(1x) yoga (1x) kick boxing (1x) Core (1x) Evening (about 3-4xs a week) yoga body pump class body combat Is it ok to double up? TIA
