Paleo and Macros

Does anyone use or recommend a certian macro when follwing this lifestyle? It was recently suggested to me to increase my calorie intake because of the amount of calories I am burning daily in my gym classes (spinning, step classes, kickboxing, body pump). I do 1/2 hour of strength training prior to my classes. I also read that my carbs should not be moderate, whereas I usually only consume once, if at all (of course that is not including carns from veggies and fruits)

    I'm looking to set my macros for the Paleo/primal diet as well, so I'll be checking in here with you ... sorry I can't help you :)

    Why paleo? Why not just calorie deficit?

    Also, if you are not losing weight on current calorie consumption, you are eating too much, not too little.
