I'm a vegetarian, I've been for a year now. I originally stopped eating meat to "try it" and liked it so much I never went back. I'm never bloated now and I feel like I have more energy cause of it :)

I found that eating smoothies in the morning, and getting into that routine before I started the morning exercise routine gave me loads of energy for the morning. Then again, I am also a morning person so

I've found pilates to be low intensity but has a good effect :)

I don't know how this works exactly, but sure I'm in! I'll try do a total of 40 miles this month (since I'm new to this lol and am unsure)

It clears out your system better than coffee and whatnot does. I found when I drink more water my body feels more energized, it does take some days getting used to it. Along with my diet I felt "cleaner". You will notice other changes too, like your skin might get a bit clearer and stuff.

Sometimes watch TV, always listen to music. Also fantasize about what my body will look like when I'm done
