Try not eating after say 4. And try doing a workout your body isn't used to. Say kickboxing, zumba, C25k swimming ect...

I was at a plateau for about 2 months or so,, then my friend said her doctor told her that if you hit a plateau to add strength training to your workout and it should melt right off! So i did and have lost 8 more pounds since then. Also try having dinner earlier around 4 or so.

This is my downfall!! I LOVE cookies!!! It definelty takes some will power, i've found allowing myself one cookie helps, just one though. Try replacing all the cookies in your house with fruit with some kind of dip low in sugar. www.skinnytaste.com has some awesome recipes. Drink LOTS of water it helps

I LOVE greak yogurt!! My favorite is when i use it to dip my fruit in!! Its very filling and fulllll of protein!! I like the Fage brand as well. When i'm craving a desert i get the greek yogurt and add some honey its delicious
