You are getting some really good advice here but I want to add that sleeping is the best way to lose weight. I'm serious. Go to bed early instead of snacking in front of the TV and if you have the luxury, sleep in past breakfast. Where do you find the nutritional info for the soups and hot bar foods? I have trouble tracking on MFP because I can't find the foods I'm eating! Yes, I love Whole Foods, but they are expensive. I don't shop there, just go for lunch or random items once in a while.

Swimming will work for sure! I can burn 600-700 calories in the water during an hour swim. I agree with the person that said you need to increase your intensity. I know someone that uses the program and she's in really good shape. You don't need to buy it, just look it up online and do those same exercises. They are similar to the ones you see in the boot camp programs at the gym. It's about muscle isolation, I've heard this is how J.Lo and others get their legs in such great shape.

Sorry i forgot to say...things like rice or pasta when adding to crock pots...wait til the last hour or two unless you want them to turn to mush! Same with soft veggies like mushrooms and tomatoes.
