For me its a simple matter of eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, and being super super lazy. If i was bored, i'd eat. If I wanted to reward myself, I'd eat. If i was feeling sad, I'd eat. Im about 5'4 and I am always fluctuating anywhere between 180-185. I'd like to get down to 145 and see what happens from there. I'm very curvy so even when I was much thinner (120lbs) I didn't appear all that thin. Mostly I just want to feel healthy...Im so sick of waking up every morning and my whole body hurts!!!
