Doing alright...not as well as I have been in the past. Only 1 lb loss this week, but at least its not a gain. I know I didn't exercise as much this week and ate more junk. Stretching always helps me when I feel sore. Ease your way back into it, don't stop though! Maybe do some yoga or light walking.
