i'm 5'8 and currently fluxuating between 145 - 150 depending on the day and time of the month. I would ultimately like to get down to a muscular 135-140. That is the goal.

my sister was on the dallas derby devils (the slaughterers) and i used to practice with her. never had time to try out for the team though, my schedule doesn't allow for all of the time you need to put into roller derby :( i love it though!

that site looks pretty good. I also downloaded an app on my phone for low carb recipes. I'm just having a hard time making it for so many people i guess. Trying to stretch a dollar is hard these days when all of the inexpensive options are unhealthy most of the time.

I'm not very familiar with all of the different videos, is turbofire and insanity part of p90x? do you have to have a lot of weights and pull up bars and such to do any of them? I don't really have TOO much room, and don't have any actual equipment.

i agree with the gum thing. make it minty. no one likes to have a mix the tastes of a sweet treat with some intense minty gum already in their mouth.

what is supreme 90 day? also, I'm planning on joining a gym to start lifting some when i get my finances back in order from christmas, but probably not until february.
