Smith machine for Squats?
I keep reading in the threads that the Smith machine is terrible and not to use it, but i find that it helps me a little to keep balance, and since i'm still new and not as strong as i would like to be, it just makes it easier to get the form right. Does anyone have any opinions on using the smith machine?

Healthy Meals for a 7 member family
I'm trying to make a good grocery list, everyday here there are between 5 and 7 people for dinner. I want to make it somewhat low carb if possible (not doing atkins or anything but trying to lower my carb intake). After not seeing the scale move at all lately, this was nice to have happened: went to pick up my step daughter from her mom's house. Her mom said "man erin, it looks like you've lost weight.. you're looking good"... its always nice to hear how good you look from your boyfriends ex haha.
