Kathy, those hamstring pulls are very slow to heal and so easy to re-injure. Unfortunately that means you have to be careful in your recovery. I would read up on it as much as possible so you can see if your symptoms are the same. Good luck with the recovery and if it doesn't feel 100% by Sunday I would skip the race…

I would keep monitoring that knee pain as you continue on with your training. Soemtimes when you roll an ankle what happens is that you alter your stride to compensate and then other areas of your body could have troubles. Are you running any differently since you rolled that ankle ? Send me a message if you have more…
