  • My knees crackle something fierce, especially when I'm warming up or doing squats. I was formerly obese...310 now down to 180. And they always made noise. There use to be pain in both knees and hips, but now just noise.
  • The trainer at our gym recommended TRX when we were looking to incorporate upper body strength work. I absolutely love it, and I've been doing it regularly now for a couple weeks. I may have to look into the at-home system.
