  • The past couple of weeks I've been moving in the wrong direction. Gained almost 3 lbs back. I've got to get serious in December to have any chance of meeting goal.

  • Met my goal for this challenge. First challenge I've been in where I've done that. Came close a few times though. I will admit that a good bit of my loss can be attributed to stress. Had a lot going on the past 2 months. Stress and nerves. Haven't been exercising and haven't eaten too much because of the nerves. Some days…

  • I've got 1.4 lbs to go to meet my Halloween goal and 9 days to do it in. I WILL meet my goal because if I do this will be the first holiday challenge that I've actually met goal.

  • I was surprised to see that I had a 1 lb loss this week. Most likely due to stress. Had that hurricane to deal with and then also had a death in the family.   • Had a slight gain of 0.8 this week. So not too terribly bad. I'm still just 3 1/2 lbs from Halloween goal so I should be able to meet that without any problems in the next 3 weeks.
  • Haven't done too much this week. Been paying too much attention to Hurricane Matthew and seeing what I need to do. My main goal is to try not to gain too much and not eat any junk food. Looking for the power to be out this weekend which will make things interesting.

  • My end of year goal is to get down to 186. That will put me halfway to my ultimate goal weight. So by January 1 I want to lose 16 lbs.
  • SW was 207 CW is 203.6 so only a loss of 3.4 lbs. I'll take it considering I wasn't trying to much. It was a busy and stressful summer for sure. Hoping I can make up for it this fall.
