I just made it through day 7!!!! Finally got in day 6 close to midnight. My little man wouldn't go to sleep so I figured why not!!! Its finally getting a little easier but I still think I will be on level 2 for longer then 10 days.

I feel so bad about myself today because I didn't do my workout! My fibromyalgia is hurting so bad though. Fibro Sucks!!!!! I really wanted to try and do it without missing but it just didn't work out for me today!:sad: :sad: :sad:

I just realized you said you had to limit your fruit intake. I am eating alot of fruit! I wonder if that is a problem for me!

I have pretty much started eating just vegs and fruit. It seems most meat bothers me. I have had to cut out all pastas and pizza:sad: I will try the magnesium and hope for the best!! Is there any certain brand that is better then the others?

I had blood work for gluten intolerance a couple of weeks ago and they said it was fine. I haven't tried the magnesium but I do drink at least 64 oz of water a day. How much magnesium do you take? Does it not cause cramping? The only reason I am even trying the Dieters Teas is because I am in so much PAIN!!!!!! Its awful!!…

Great Job everyone!!!! I just got through with day 4! It is still kicking my butt though!!!!!! I am not rushing on to level 2 anytime soon. The fibromyalgia is setting me back but I really want to do this! I am going to fight the fibro with all I got!!!

I have the same question! I feel so bloated since drinking so much. I have cut back to 8 cups a day but still feel bloated.

I love mine as ugly as they are!! lol I have fibromyalgia and my legs really hurt alot while exercising. These shoes seem to have so much support and softness to them. I wear mine all the time. As far as toning you up I haven't seen a big difference, but still love them!

Thank you all!! I have been doing this so wrong and didn't know it. I have been only have 900 cal total and exercising. I didn't realize that when I exercise that I need to up my cal. Tomorrow I am going to do the 1200 cal. Wish me luck! I hope I am doing this right now!! lol
